(Press Release) Studiobanks Nabs Two ADDY Awards

On February 18th, 2005, Studiobanks won its first two awards in the company’s three-year history, taking home two Addy’s from the Charlotte Ad Club’s annual Addy Awards Show. The awards ceremony, held in the McGlohon Theatre of Spirit Square in Uptown Charlotte, boldly introduced Studiobanks to the Charlotte advertising and design community.

Studiobanks received a Gold Addy Award for their work with MediaComm, the region's largest film and audio-visual production facility. Studiobanks latched onto a strong concept in which each facet of the company was represented as a different element of a storm. Every aspect of the website, from the text to the iconic imagery and immersive sound, reinforced the initial concept behind the project.

For their work on a 20-page media kit designed for Steelroots, a Christian ministry based around the action sports scene, Studiobanks received a Silver Addy Award. Throughout the media kit, Studiobanks showcased the company’s multifaceted approach and highlighted the spirit of Steelroots’ message.
