Studiobanks Claims Victory in the Innaugural SBCH Foosball Tournament

Though dismissed by many as unsurprising news, Studiobanks emerged victoriously in the 1st round, 2nd round and overall champion of the first-ever Studiobanks-Carbonhouse foosball tournament.

After winning 7-5 in round 1 at Carbonhouse, Studiobanks kicked off round 2 with a string of four matches that closely resembled taking candy from a baby. Even after this stunning accomplishment, Studiobanks made yet another victory - a victory of displaying mercy. After growing somewhat weary of win-after-win, Studiobanks "lost" to Carbonhouse for a single, solitary match, finishing the second round 8-1.

The Studiobanks-Carbonhouse tournament was a two-round Foosball tournament initiated by Carbonhouse after "calling out" Studiobanks in a series of confidential email correspondence between the two Interactive agencies' creative directors.

All bragging aside, this tournament was a great way for us to spend time with and get to know some of Charlotte's other creative interactive talent. As a competitor, we both admire and appreciate Carbonhouse's work and what they've done in helping establish Charlotte as a destination for high-quality interactive work. We can all learn some things from Carbonhouse's success - just not on the foosball table.

We look forward to next foosball tournament with Carbonhouse or any other agencies looking for a challenge.
